I’m worried my bottles will break during shipment. Is there an insurance fee for shipped bottles?
For 1% of your order value, you will be covered for loss or breakage. If your bottle arrives broken, or never arrives at all, let us know and we will make arrangements to replace it, free of charge.
By refusing insurance, you relieve The Whiskey Experience of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss that may occur to your order.
Does someone need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, the law requires that all deliveries of products containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21.
I’m interested in purchasing a whiskey that you do not carry. Can you order it for me?
Depending on availability, we may be able to special-order a particular whiskey for you by the case only.
