601 Varick Street lies at the intersection of history and heritage. Built in 1920 as a bank, it has been transformed by The Adirondack Distilling Company into a small-batch distillery. The building's hertitage is reminiscent of a time when artisan craftsman made quality products by hand just as we do now at our distillery. This small bathch bourbon is meticulously made with only two ingredientys; corn and water. A select blend of local corn is mixed with water from the Adirondack Mountains. Our bourbon is double distilled before each batch comes to rest in virgin, charred, oak barrel. Our unparalleled process creates subtle flavors from each and every barrel.
